Daniel Koven
Daniel Koven works with closely-held business owners and Independent Educational Consultants. His planning will focus on the well-being of your business, how you can position your business to grow and retain key employees, and exiting your business on your own terms. Outside of his professional activities, he enjoys gardening, finding vintage, mid-century modern furniture, and exploring state and national parks.
Jay Clark
Jay leads a team of advisors from his home base in Denver, CO, where they serve owners of small businesses and pre-retirees around the country. He is a Certified Exit Planner (CExP™) and Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP©). Jay’s team focuses on helping business owners address some of the most profound issues they face around leaving their businesses, internal succession, external sale, key employee retention planning, and estate planning integration. He has been a featured speaker at countless industry conferences, and mentors other advisors around the country. Jay is an avid outdoorsman, active in his church, and lives in Denver, CO with his wife Emily, their three boys, and their dog, Chewie.
